Proximity to the beach was convenient for us.

My experience here felt deeply unsettling. It was extremely disappointing to find a roach in the room, forcing me to sleep in my car instead of returning to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom sink had no lighting, making it nearly impossible to see clearly, and the room had a couple of dead bugs and an unkempt jacuzzi that didn't inspire confidence. The furniture showed signs of wear, with visible stains and tears in the rug, not to mention the disappointing condition of the linens which were yellowed and stained. If you’re sensitive to noise, the outside area's occupants sometimes opted to gather and smoke right outside the room, adding an unwelcome layer of distraction.

This hotel was just an excellent fit for a getaway in Crestview with great value. The pool area was nice and refreshing after a long day. Make sure to check for towel availability at the front desk since they don’t provide room service.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The hotel's gym was well-equipped, allowing us to maintain our fitness routine. We also loved the complimentary breakfast, especially the freshly made waffles. For a quiet evening, we unwound at the cozy lounge. Tips, try the breakfast early to beat the rush!

We enjoyed our stay as a big family. The location was perfect for day trips to nearby attractions like Okaloosa Island for some fun in the surf and sand.

My children wanted a cleaner environment. The room felt neglected, with several maintenance issues that could have been addressed for a better family experience.

The room was spacious and offered good water pressure in the shower. The outdoor pool was a nice area for relaxation. Check-in was fast and staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast included a nice selection of items. A pleasant stay.

Check-in went smoothly, and I appreciated having a clean, quiet room. The television worked well, and the Wi-Fi connection was solid. Plenty of hot water in the shower was a plus. However, I encountered some serious issues. The carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks and smelled musty. There was noticeable mold around the bathroom fixtures, making it uncomfortable to use. The breakfast selection left much to be desired, with limited options and not the freshest items available. Also, both ice machines were out of order, which was frustrating during my stay. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to my complaints about the ice machines, which made the whole experience feel lacking in hospitality.

Rooms felt unclean, and we encountered roaches in the bathroom. Staff provided good assistance during check-in and checkout. Shower pressure excellent. Breakfast options could be better. Be careful with the room conditions.

I enjoyed exploring nearby Twin Hills Park, which was just about 5 km away, and appreciated the abundance of local eateries like Whataburger, only a few steps from the hotel, making my stay very convenient for weekend strolls.
